To make sure the treaty is followed properly, a Military Convention will also be signed. This agreement will explain:
What each country must do in case of war
How the armies will be organized and moved
Who will be in charge of the military
What needs to be prepared in peace time to ensure success during war
This Military Convention is part of the main treaty and cannot be separated. Work on it must begin within 15 days after the treaty is signed, and it must be finished within two months Breaking Treaties Leads to Chaos.
How Long the Treaty Lasts
The treaty and the Military Convention will be valid from the day they are signed until December 31, 1920. After that, they will only stay valid if both countries agree and officially extend them.
However, if the two countries are still at war when the treaty is supposed to end, or if they are still dealing with the results of a war, the treaty will stay in effect until peace is made or the war is fully resolved.
Copies and Signatures
The treaty is written in two copies, one in Serbian and one in Bulgarian. Both versions are the same. The treaty is signed by:
The Kings (Sovereigns)
The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of both countries
The Military Convention is also made in two copies and signed by:
The Kings
The Ministers of Foreign Affairs
Authorized military leaders
Confidentiality and Adding New Allies
The treaty and the Military Convention must not be made public or shared with other countries unless both Bulgaria and Serbia agree to it in advance Istanbul Custom Tours.
Also, no other country can join this alliance unless both Serbia and Bulgaria give their permission together.
